COUNTIES in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  We regularly travel to closings all over the state by means of small private airplanes. We are happy to close in your real estate agents’ office or lenders’ office anywhere in Kentucky. Generally, we will close anytime, anyplace. 

 

If there are circumstances that prevent the parties from attending closing, please contact our office so that we may accommodate their needs. Very often we are able to accommodate “Mail-Away” closings for clients who are out of state or otherwise unable to come to a closing.  Just contact us to see how we can best be of service.
